Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend requirement: Yes
• Float requirement: as needed within skillset
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA, CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
• RN license required (Compact accepted)
• Care for patients in Level I Trauma ICU setting
• Manage ventilators and interpret dysrhythmia
• Titrate vasoactive drips for hemodynamic support
• Provide care for patients with TBI, SAH, ARF, sepsis, trauma, CABG, STEMI
• Treat respiratory failure, CHF, and COPD patients
• Experience with bedside bolts, ventrics, occasional bedside trachs and PEG tubes
• Assist with bronchoscopy procedures
• Monitor Impella, IABP, CRRT, and Rotoprone therapy

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
