RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under licensed physician direction
• Utilize nursing process principles, theories, and current methods of nursing practice
• Collaborate with patients, family members, significant others, professional peers, and healthcare team members to individualize patient care
• Direct nursing support staff in patient care provision according to nursing practice standards and departmental policies
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in clinical specialty area preferred
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area
