Opportunity:

RN - ICU Float Pool

Job Details:

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of licensed physicians
• Utilize nursing process and collaborate with patients, family members, significant others, professional peers, and healthcare team members
• Individualize patient care based on comprehensive assessment and planning
• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to nursing practice standards
• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures
• Work as part of ICU float pool covering multiple intensive care units as needed
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area
