Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Perform quality echocardiograms for maximum results under the direction of a Cardiologist
• Conduct various echocardiography studies on patients
• Gather and document appropriate data and report probable findings to appropriate physicians
• Successfully transmit studies to viewing station for Cardiologist interpretation
• Work closely with cardiologist to ensure all studies meet expectations
• Perform all study charges and retrieve reports as requested by referring physicians
• Must be a graduate of an approved Cardiovascular or Ultra-Sonography program
• Minimum 1 year experience in an Echocardiography Laboratory required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification preferred
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer certification preferred
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification preferred
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification preferred
