Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele Float Pool

Job Details:

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under licensed physician direction
• Apply nursing principles, theories, current methods and techniques in practice
• Use nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Individualize patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Direct nursing support staff in patient care delivery
• Follow standards of nursing practice and departmental policies and procedures
• Float between medical-surgical and telemetry units as needed
• 1 year of clinical specialty experience preferred
• Graduate of accredited nursing school required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area
