Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele Float Pool

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive patient care across multiple medical-surgical units
• Float between all inpatient Medical-Surgical units, step down units, and ED for med surg holds
• Cover 9 med surg units and 5 step down units across main campus and women's and families locations
• Work every other weekend
• Agency staff are not scheduled on holidays
• Maintain 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio on standard Med Surg units
• Must have minimum 2 years Med Surg experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHHS
• Must be comfortable floating between multiple units and adapting to varying patient populations
• Strong EPIC proficiency required
• Function independently with strong clinical judgment
• Compliance with all hospital policies including attendance, documentation standards, and medication safety protocols required
• Orientation at main campus on start date with additional 2-3 hour orientation at Women and Families location
