Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work evening/night shift from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Schedule includes four 10-hour shifts per week for 40-hour work weeks
• Required certifications: ARRT certification (CT), Washington State certification as radiologic technologist, BLS certification
• Must have experience with Toshiba 64 Aquillion and Canon Genesis equipment
• Experience required with Rad speed pro, GE/OEC c arms with OR exposure
• EPIC experience required
• Prepare for and perform all CT examinations while operating equipment safely
• Evaluate diagnostic images for technical quality
• Develop, initiate, and monitor procedures for effective scanner utilization
• Maintain scanner cleanliness and associated equipment per infection control policies
• Perform IV access using sterile technique and administer contrast media under physician supervision
• Follow universal blood and body substance precautions and PPE requirements
• Complete continuing education requirements as mandated by regulatory entities
• Utilize EMR efficiently and complete required documentation for each examination
• Safely lift and transfer patients using ergonomic techniques and hydraulic lifts
• Communicate with patients' family members or caregivers when necessary

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
