RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts weekly from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• On-call assignment required 1-2 nights per week and every 4-5 weekends dependent on staffing needs
• Weekend and holiday on-call requirements
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Previous travel experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• RCIS certification recommended
• Nurse to patient ratio: Holding area 1:3, intraprocedure 1:1
• Handle 10-25 cases per day ranging from diagnostic only to complicated PCI and structural heart procedures
• Must be willing to float between affiliated campuses or locations within the health system based on operational needs
• Floating assignments may occur with limited notice, including same-day adjustments
• Mileage between campuses is billable when required to report to alternate campus after arriving at originally scheduled location

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratory with 6 procedure rooms and 9 holding bays for pre and post-procedure care. As a Level-1 Trauma Center, the facility provides advanced cardiac interventional services and handles a high volume of cases from diagnostic procedures to complex percutaneous coronary interventions and structural heart procedures. The facility maintains state-of-the-art equipment and technology to support the full spectrum of cardiac catheterization services.
