Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36-hour weekly guarantee
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Must have 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU
• Travel experience required
• Heart experience highly preferred - manager priority
• Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex equipment
• Required certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Active New York nursing license required with NURSYS verification
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Navy scrubs required
• Floating required to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
• Work with specialty equipment including IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Arctic Sun)
• Care for patients with diagnoses including strokes, sepsis, cardiac conditions, trauma, and post-operative cases
• Work in 42-bed ICU with multiple specialty areas: Neuro/Med (22 beds), CTICU (6 beds), Surgery/Trauma (14 beds)

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
