Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Floating to other units required
• Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Care for patients aged 18 years and older in a 64-bed unit with 15 designated neuro beds
• Manage common diagnoses including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory conditions, COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-operative patients
• Work with specialty equipment including temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and Neptune Vapo systems
• Experience with chronic ventilators required (unable to wean patients with respiratory therapy assistance)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU required
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Active NY nursing license required with NURSYS report verification
• Must complete skills checklist matching specialty
• RTO must be included at time of submission
