Opportunity:
RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour variable shifts with flexibility to work both days and nights
• Must be willing to work variable scheduling including day and night rotations
• 3+ years of NICU experience required with Level II or III experience mandatory
• Preferably 3+ years of Level II/III NICU experience
• Required certifications: BLS and NRP at time of submission
• PALS and STABLE certifications required prior to start date
• Epic electronic medical record experience required
• Patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on patient acuity
• Floating responsibilities may include mother/baby unit, pediatrics, or adult floors as needed
• Work with 13 to 8 NICU beds in private rooms with additional overflow beds in open bay
• 75-mile radius travel rule applies for travel rate eligibility

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
