Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• Floating required within facility
• Scrub color requirement: Navy Blue
• Care for patients with common diagnoses including neurological, cardiac, trauma, respiratory conditions (COPD), DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative patients
• Work with specialty equipment including temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and Neptune Vapo systems
• Experience with chronic ventilators required (unable to wean patients with respiratory therapy assistance)
• Serve adult patient population (18 years and older)
• Work in 64-bed unit with 15 designated neuro beds
• 2+ years IMCU/PCU experience required
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Active New York nursing license required
• Block scheduling not guaranteed
