RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work on high acuity medical-surgical floor specializing in surgery trauma
• Must be willing to work assigned shifts with no block schedules available
• Patient ratio of 5:1 with nursing support technicians available
• Care for patient population including spinal neuro trauma surgical patients, gunshot wounds, quadriplegics, and paraplegics
• Phlebotomists available on-site for blood draws
• Unit secretary support available during night shifts
• Participate in nurse handoff process with ED nurses and admitting unit
• EPIC electronic health record system experience required
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty area required
• Large level 1 trauma center experience required
• No RTO (Refuse to Operate) policies
