RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts in the Cardiothoracic ICU
• Care for 6 CTICU beds
• Experience with fresh hearts is required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Must be located more than 75 miles from facility (travel radius rule)
• Local candidates within 75 miles accepted at reduced rate
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• Common patient diagnoses include cardiovascular surgery patients, cardiogenic shock, and abdominal aortic aneurysm
• Provide specialized critical care nursing for cardiothoracic surgical patients
