RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Floating required to other units as needed
• 64-bed unit with 15 designated neuro beds
• Care for adult patients 18 years and older
• Common diagnoses include neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory conditions, COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-operative patients
• Work with specialty equipment including temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and Neptune Vapo systems
• Manage patients with chronic ventilators (unable to wean) with respiratory therapy assistance
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Minimum 2+ years of IMCU/PCU experience required
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Active New York nursing license required with all RN licenses verified through NURSYS
• Skills checklist matching specialty required
• Local candidates accepted (less than 75 miles)
