RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts (9.5 working hours plus 30-minute paid lunch break)
• Variable days schedule: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-call requirements: minimum 7 days per four-week schedule including 5 weeknights and minimum 1 weekend
• 13-week assignment
• 1:1 patient ratio in 2-bed unit
• Care for adult patients with diagnoses including CAD, AS, MR
• Use EPIC and Omnicell technology systems
• Floating required when census is low
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with associate's degree required
• Current New York State RN licensure required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Travel assignment (75+ mile radius from facility)
