Opportunity:
RN - CVICU
Job Details:
• Opening with a varied work schedule
• Possible call and float responsibilities
• Weekend and holiday rotations required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on assessment data
• Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other licensed nurses and personnel
• Document all nursing activities in patient records accurately and timely
• Participate in multidisciplinary team collaboration and shared leadership activities
• Provide patient and family education and evaluate response to teaching
• Must possess current valid RN license in state of practice or compact RN licensure
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
• Experience must include working in acute care within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in specialty area
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maintain physical agility for patient care needs
• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
