Description
Opportunity:
RN - ED
Job Details:
• Work varied schedule with every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies
• Provide direct patient care in emergency department setting
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Review patient history and physical with patient/family within appropriate timeframe
• Review diagnostics and laboratory data and report abnormal results to physicians
• Formulate and implement plans of care utilizing assessment data and patient/family input
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise activities of healthcare team members
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Provide supervision to licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Must possess current, valid RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS required
• ENPC and TNCC preferred
• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to emergency department
• Physical demands include ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, squat frequently
• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
