Description
Opportunity:
RN - PACU
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday schedule with varying days off
• Fast-paced environment requiring both pre-op and PACU experience
• 5-6 call shifts per 4-week schedule
• Minimum 2 years PACU experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Must be able to work in both pre-operative and post-anesthesia care unit settings
• Current valid RN license in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in accordance with policy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the specialty area

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
