Opportunity:
RN - PCU Observation
Job Details:
• Work varied schedule with weekend and holiday requirements
• Orthopedic experience required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for PCU observation patients
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Review patient history and physical, diagnostics and laboratory data
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in medical record
• Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Participate in patient and family education
• Maintain clinical performance competencies and participate in unit shared leadership
• Current valid RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
