Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work in Level III NICU with 36 beds
• Varied work schedule with immediate start date available
• May float to appropriate pediatric unit assignments as needed
• Minimum 2 years NICU RN experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Current valid RN license in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to organizational policies
• Provide specialized nursing care appropriate to physical and developmental age of assigned patients
• Complete patient assessments and reassessments according to patient needs and policy requirements
• Formulate and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
• Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other personnel
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Participate in unit shared leadership and educational activities
• Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching and stretching
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics for patient transfers
• Requires adequate hearing, visual acuity, fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination
• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
