Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work varied schedule in emergency department setting
• Required certifications: TNCC, NIH, BLS
• Must possess current, valid RN license in state of practice
• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in specialty area
• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Formulate and implement comprehensive nursing care plans utilizing assessment data and patient/family input
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records accurately and timely
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plans as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and possess physical agility for emergency response situations
• Requires adequate hearing, visual acuity, fine motor skills, and eye-hand coordination
• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently in fast-paced environment

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
