Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Float between 2 emergency departments: Tucson Campus Level I Trauma and South Campus Level III
• Varied work schedule with opening for immediate coverage
• Must have minimum 2 years recent ED RN experience
• Must have prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Experience in a 500+ bed hospital preferred
• Must have prior travel experience
• Required certifications: PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, BLS
• Current, valid RN license in state of practice required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Formulate comprehensive care plans including discharge planning
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Interact with physicians, patients, families and multidisciplinary team members
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and respond quickly to unexpected patient care needs
• Work in direct patient care environment with exposure to blood and bodily fluids
• Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to emergency department practice

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
