Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Care for 5-6 patients requiring in-patient hospitalization for medical or surgical issues/procedures
• Work with Pyxis medication station, Meditch charting, Alariz IV pumps, and remote telemetry system
• Must be willing to work every other weekend or one weekend shift per week (Saturday and Sunday)
• Work on unit with up to one other nurse and LNA/UC
• Float to all med surg remote tele units on 2nd and 3rd floors
• Occasional float to PCU when needed (required)
• Nurse to patient ratio of 5-6:1
• 2-3 shifts of floor orientation plus mandatory 8 hours of hospital orientation on Monday
• Navy blue dress code required
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
• Must be EKG competent
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Active Arizona nursing license in good standing required
• No local travelers within 50 miles
