Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work Friday through Sunday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM with rotating call responsibilities
• Employee will work independently without direct supervision
• On-call duties will be shared among 5 technicians for weekend day shifts and weeknight evenings
• Perform various MRI procedures including abdominal MRA/MRV, head/neck/spines, upper/lower extremities, chest/breast, and MRCP
• Operate 1.5T and 3T GE LX scanners with level 23 software
• Conduct gradient echo imaging procedures
• Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT registration and licensure, CRT, BLS (American Heart Association)
• Must obtain MRI certification through ARRT within one year if cross-training within organization
• Graduate of Radiologic Technologist program from ARRT, JCERT, or ACR approved institution preferred
• Arizona state license required
• Dress code requirement: Ceil blue scrubs
• Comprehensive training provided by lead MRI technician covering Meditech, UV PACS, and scanner operations
• Must demonstrate proficiency with MRI protocol book and complete competency checklist before working independently
