RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Work 4-10 hour shifts per week from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• 2-3 late shift requirements from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM per month
• Call required approximately 1 shift per week and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month for a total of 5 days per month
• Work independently during call and weekend call shifts
• Act as Lead or Charge Nurse during call shifts
• Responsible for booking cases, coordinating patient transfers for Pre-OP workup, Intra-OP circulating, and serving as secondary PACU RN for final patient of the day
• Provide nursing care for General, Ortho, Neuro, Podiatry, GYN, Thoracic, and Endocrine procedures
• Work in 6 busy OR suites, 2 Endo suites, and 1 Cysto suite with 1:1 nurse to patient ratio
• Utilize Pyxis medication system and Meditech charting system
• Work with robotics and various specialized equipment
• Minimum 2 years experience as OR Circulator with most recent experience within past 6 months required
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association required
• Basic EKG competency required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Must wear surgical scrubs (provided) and closed-toed shoes
• 1 day hospital orientation and 1-3 shifts in OR depending on need
