RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• 2-3 late shift requirements from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM per month
• Call requirement approximately 1 shift per week and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month for total of 5 days monthly
• Work independently during call and weekend call shifts
• Act as Lead or Charge Nurse during call shifts
• Responsible for booking cases and coordinating patient transfer
• Provide Pre-OP workup, Intra-OP circulating, and secondary PACU nursing services
• Must stay with PACU RN until final patient is discharged
• Work in 6 busy OR suites performing General, Ortho, Neuro, Podiatry, GYN, Thoracic, and Endocrine procedures
• Support 2 Endo suites and 1 Cysto suite
• Maintain 1:1 nurse to patient ratio
• Minimum 2 years recent experience as OR Circulator within past 6 months required
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Basic EKG competency
• CNOR certification preferred
• Surgical scrubs provided, must wear closed-toed shoes
• Utilize Pyxis medication system, Meditech charting system, and various surgical equipment including robotics
• Orientation includes 1 day hospital orientation and 1-3 OR shifts
