RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment duration
• Shift options include 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• Call rotation requirements: 1 first call (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 1 second call (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) per month during weekdays, plus 1 weekend day every other month
• Must live at least 250 miles away from facility to qualify as a traveler
• Dedicated scrubs provided for travelers in same color as staff
• Parking available in visitor parking area
• Entry through North side of facility, cross to South side and take elevator to 1st floor
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work in non-trauma hospital environment
