RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Deliver safe, effective and quality patient-family centered care
• Able to scrub, circulate and work in the recovery room as needed
• Must be able to scrub general & orthopedics
• Communicate effectively with other members of the perioperative team
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and support organizational mission, vision, and values
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required
• Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maine required
• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) required for PACU (may obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (PALS) required for PACU (may obtain within 12 months of hire)
• At least 1 year of perioperative experience required
• Basic computer skills required
• CNOR preferred
