Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Must have previous traveler experience
• Care for patients with top diagnoses including RDS, hypoglycemia, prematurity, rule out sepsis, and TTN
• Assist with special procedures such as circumcisions, PICC line removal, lumbar punctures, and eye exams
• Administer common medications including iron, vitamin infusions, caffeine, and antibiotics
• Operate common equipment including ventilators, giraffe beds, feeding pumps, and IV pumps
• May be required to float based on census to MCH, postpartum, newborn nursery, or serve as a sitter for the house
• Required skills include IV insertion, PICC/Central line management, and A-line management
• Required airway skills include CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator management
• Subject to downstaffing 36/48 hours in a 13-week contract based on weekly schedule

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
