RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ED ER

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts, mostly nights
• Function as both triage and primary care RN in emergency department setting
• Care for patients from neonates to geriatrics
• Maintain low nurse to patient ratios with no low census call offs
• Work with high level of autonomy in rural nursing environment
• Start EKGs, IVs, draw patient labs, and provide comfort measures
• Mix and determine proper administration rates for patient medications
• Current Utah RN license (or compact state) required
• Two or more years of nursing experience in med/surg and/or emergency department setting required
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required or ability to obtain
• Blue scrubs preferred
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Level 4 Trauma designation
• Work week defined as Sunday morning 12:01 AM through Saturday night 11:59 PM
• Recognized holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
