Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - Acute Med Surg Adult Acute Care
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts with weekend rotation required
• Must participate in call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2-week period when requested due to staffing needs
• Minimum 2 years of Acute Care/Med Surge/Telemetry or similar RN experience required
• Current Colorado RN license required
• Current BLS certification issued by American Heart Association required
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification required
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from facility
• Provide highest degree of quality nursing care to patients in acute care/medical surgical setting
• Use specialized knowledge related to critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Utilize nursing process for comprehensive patient care
• Support growing census due to increased orthopedic surgeries, hybrid cath lab procedures, and acute/chronic illnesses
• Work in OBS unit providing acute care services

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
