RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Work full-time night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Schedule includes 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• Pay period runs Monday through Sunday
• Plan and provide total patient care using nursing process including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel
• Maintain standards of professional nursing
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
• Current Iowa RN license required
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required through American Heart Association
• Experience preferred but not required
• Must complete comprehensive health requirements including immunizations, drug screening, background checks, and various certifications
• Respiratory fit test required within 1 year of start date
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates for Child Abuse and Dependent Adult Abuse required
• Must complete CareLearning education modules prior to start
