Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Provide professional nursing care for critically ill patients from pediatric through geriatric age populations
• Work under the supervision of Unit Director/Manager/designee
• Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on ongoing patient assessments
• Manage life-threatening complications according to facility policies and AACN standards
• Recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac arrhythmias and emergency situations
• Maintain airway, ventilation, hemodynamic stability, and stable heart rhythms
• Assist with temporary pacemaker insertion and ambulance transport as needed
• Complete mandatory education and participate in annual competency fair
• Maintain current nursing licensure, certifications, and registrations
• Stay current on critical care nursing concepts, trends, and scientific advances
• Preference given to candidates with prior EPIC experience
• In-person start date scheduled for 3/3/26

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
