Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule typically Monday through Wednesday (3x12 shifts) but may vary
• 32 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Perform diagnostic CT and radiographic examinations according to facility protocols
• Review examinations for technical accuracy and communicate pertinent data to care team
• Monitor inventory of supplies and maintain exam rooms in stocked and organized condition
• Identify patients and review exam orders for consistency with clinical diagnosis
• Maintain collaborative communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with department policies, quality assurance, safety standards, and infection control
• Work with HIS and PACS computer systems for quality patient documentation
• Provide care for all age populations from neonatal to geriatric patients
• Required certifications: ARRT with CT credentials R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Minimum one year of experience preferred with healthcare setting experience required
• Must be HIPAA compliant and maintain required licensure and certifications
• Physical demands include frequent lifting up to 35lbs and ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat
