RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Orthopedic

Job Details:

• Work as a Registered Nurse in the Post Surgical unit providing direct and indirect patient care
• Assess patients on admission and throughout their stay
• Involve patients and caregivers in plan development and updates throughout stay
• Administer IV medications, IV therapy, blood and blood components according to clinical standards and policies
• Must be trained and demonstrate competency in application of restraints and implementation of seclusion
• Monitor, assess, and provide care for patients in restraint or seclusion
• BLS certification required
• 1 year previous nursing experience preferred
• Must not be a previous employee of the facility
• Candidates with licensure hits or background issues will not be considered
• Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
• Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13 week contract
• Candidate must reside outside of a 50 mile radius
