RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Anticipated schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off per bi-weekly pay period
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in medical-surgical department
• Care for patients from post-partum neonates to geriatrics
• Work in medical, surgical, high acuity, rehabilitative, skilled, and pediatric areas
• Opportunities to expand into post-partum care, infusion and wound therapies
• Cross-training opportunities in Emergency Department and/or PACU
• Blue scrubs preferred
• 1-2 years medical/surgical experience preferred
• Current Utah or compact state RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications or ability to obtain within one year of hire
• Must obtain NRP certification within one year of hire
• Work recognized holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
• Work week defined as Sunday 12:01 AM through Saturday 11:59 PM
• Level 4 Trauma facility
• Must demonstrate critical thinking skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
