RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work variable day shift positions with call requirements
• Flexibility needed to cover all shifts as assigned
• 18 months of Registered Nurse experience required
• Montana RN licensure required
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required
• Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Nursing, Associates degree, or Diploma required
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred
• 1 year circulating experience preferred
• 1 year scrub experience preferred
• Must live at least 90 miles away from facility to be considered
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members in patient care delivery
• Participate in stroke competency education - 2 hours initial training within first year and 1 hour annually
• Comply with hospital policies and protocols for stroke patient care
• Maintain professional demeanor and demonstrate sound clinical judgment
• Work effectively in busy and stressful environment
• Facility reserves right to cancel three shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances
