RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Orthopedic Adult

Job Details:

• Work as a Charge Nurse providing on-site nursing service and supervision during assigned shifts
• Perform delegated administrative functions as part of the leadership team
• Implement current standards of nursing care and interpret hospital policy to employees, patients, families, and physicians
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff members
• Ensure accountability for patient safety and appropriate care delivery
• Utilize conflict resolution, time management, and organizational techniques
• Serve as a change agent and problem solver for daily operations
• Model professionalism and dedication while empowering team members
• Previous experience in Med/Surg, Emergency Room, and Charge nursing required
• Washington State RN License required
• Quick start position available
