RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM
• 10-week assignment duration (minimum and maximum)
• Patient ratio of 3:1 for step-down patients and 4:1 for telemetry patients
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care
• Provide supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care delivery
• Support facility CNO with competency oversight of clinical staff
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Primary responsibility for patient care falls on nurses rather than CNAs
• Report to designated location at 7:00 AM on start date
• HR onboarding location: 1400 Florida Ave Suite 202 (separate parking available)
• HR office hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
