Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
• Patient ratio of 1:5-6
• Must be able to float to all MS and MS/Tele units within the hospital
• Possible floating to sister campus (Piedmont Augusta Summerville) approximately 3 miles away
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• Every other weekend required (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract)
• No call requirements
• Holiday work required based on number of major holidays during assignment
• Unit systems include Epic (required), Pyxis, and SBAR
• 24 orientation hours provided
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Two supervisory references highly preferred
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
