Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work Saturday and Sunday schedule
• No call requirements
• Float within facility/scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed
• Minimum 1 year experience required - Unit accepts first time travelers
• Must have Georgia or Compact license in hand at time of submittal
• Required certifications: ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS (ARRT MR or ARRT R accepted, ARMRIT not accepted)
• Must be proficient with Epic charting system
• Skills include MRI procedures for abdomen, brain, breast, extremities, pelvis, MRA, MRV, contrast administration, IV starts, and various imaging techniques
• Work with adult acute care, adult ICU, adult outpatient, ER/trauma, and pediatric acute care patients
• Must serve all patient age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics
• Work in 4-room MRI department
• Holiday work requirements: expected to work holidays that fall during assignment period
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above)
• Must complete modules during orientation (non-billable hours)
• Full compliance required to start on time
