Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Float to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac/Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine and COVID units
• Maintain 2:1 patient ratio on all ICU shifts
• Float to inpatient floors when needed with ratio of no more than 1:3
• May be utilized as patient sitter if needed when census is low
• Every other weekend required
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required - will not accept first-time travelers
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS
• Preferred certifications: Chemo, CCRN, NIH, ONS, TNCC, CPI
• Required skills: Vents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation
• Preferred skills: Swans-hemodynamic interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, vasoactive drips, CRRT, Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma experience
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Navy blue scrubs required

• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
• Does not require specific CVICU experience
