Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts with every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment duration with 36 hours of orientation
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers accepted
• Patient ratio of 4:1 for all shifts
• Must pass EKG exam on orientation day with 80% or higher score
• Cerner charting system experience required - no exceptions
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC (CPI will be required starting January 2026)
• Missouri RN license or compact license required
• Must complete pre-start HealthStream modules (4 hours for ED) with strict deadline expectations
• May float to all competent units within facility
• Care for patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics in 42-bed emergency department
• Handle varied diagnoses and procedures including trauma care, emergency medications, cardiac monitoring
• Work with interdisciplinary team including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Level II trauma center experience required, Level I trauma center experience preferred
