Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Work every other weekend
• No call requirements
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Minimum 1 year experience required - unit accepts first time travelers
• Some days may require staying over late
• Daily census of 14-20 patients per day in a 4-room facility
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must work holidays if they fall during assignment period (specific holiday policy applies)
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Must complete orientation modules which vary by specialty
• Required skills include cardiac ablation, cardioversion, diagnostic cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology lab procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, pacemaker insertion, and various interventional procedures
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
