Job Details:

• 1:1 patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends
• Daily census of 20 patients
• 1-2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Holiday shifts and charge RN assignments as needed
• Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts in 6-week schedule period (combination of Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
• On-call required: One weekend every six weeks and one night per week
• Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities
• Block schedule not available
• Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
• Maximum 7 days request time off
• Navy scrub color required
• Epic charting system
• Free parking available
• Required certifications: ABLS, BLS
• Preferred certifications: CNOR, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Must have Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact license
• Comprehensive surgical skills required including gynecology, plastics, trauma, podiatry, orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopic procedures, urology, robotics, and ENT procedures
• Equipment experience with cell saver, electrosurgical units, fiber optic equipment, and Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
• 2 years of recent specialty experience required with full year in-specialty within past 12 months
• 2 references required from past year including one supervisor level
• Pre-start Epic training modules and infusion pump/glucometer training required
