Description
Opportunity:
RN - Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call rotation required after hours with 10 shifts per month including weekend call
• Must have strong experience with interventional procedures and performing STEMI
• Experience with EP and TAVR procedures preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• 1.5 years of experience required
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Floating is 100% required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Daily census of 6-10 patients in 2-room facility
• Perform procedures including Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization, Rotablator, pacemaker/defibrillator device placement, stents, thrombectomy, balloon angioplasty, and PCI
• Must be comfortable with interventional cases, STEMI procedures, and various cardiac interventions
• Two supervisor references required

The cath lab is equipped with modern technology including Siemens X-ray systems and supports a full range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The facility maintains high standards for cardiac care and provides 24/7 emergency cardiac services to the community.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
