Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• January 12th start date
• Must have travel experience - no exceptions
• Minimum 2 years ER experience required
• No block scheduling
• Required certifications: BLS, TNCC, ACLS, PALS
• Patient ratios: 4 patients per nurse during days with 1 midshift nurse from noon to midnight
• 4 weekend days per month unless contract is specifically needed for weekends
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in 12-bed emergency department with daily census of 50
• Skills include blood product administration, CVA care, emergency medications, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, phlebotomy, IV starts and maintenance, and triage
• May float to different units as needed
• Interdisciplinary support available from respiratory services, radiology, social services, and pharmacy
• Missouri nursing license or compact license required at submission
• Two references required
