Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work rotating 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM, and 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM
• Every third weekend required
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 1 year of experience required
• First-timers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT, State licensed
• EPIC charting system experience required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating within facility or to sister facilities required
• Patient ratios: 4 during days, 3 during nights and weekends
• Handle approximately 120 exams per 24 hours
• Work with 3 CT rooms
• Care for all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various CT scans including abdomen, chest, head, and pelvis with or without contrast
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration
• Starting peripheral IVs required
• Work with Siemens equipment and PACS system
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• 48 hours of orientation provided
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 4-8 hours during orientation and annually
