Description
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Work independently in pediatric facility performing CT scans for pediatric trauma cases
• Daily caseload ratio of 1.5:1
• Float to other buildings within scope as needed
• Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 40 hours of orientation required
• 1 year of experience preferred, first-timers accepted with experience
• Must have trauma level 1 experience and children's hospital experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), ARRT Advanced Cert., SC license
• Siemens equipment experience required
• Must perform procedures including abdomen scans, brain perfusion, coronary CTA, vascular CTA, and interventional radiology procedures
• Experience required with paracentesis and thoracentesis procedures
• Work with patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• Daily census of 10 patients in 1 room facility
• Dress code: Teal top and black bottom scrubs
• Use Epic charting system
• Agency must supply radiation badge

This is a premier pediatric teaching hospital and Magnet-designated facility with 865 staffed beds. The facility operates as a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, providing specialized care for critically ill children. The hospital offers advanced imaging services including routine studies, outpatient procedures, and interventional radiology services using state-of-the-art Siemens equipment.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
